Very clean, all original SG Deluxe from the original issue in '71-'72. The cherry finish has maintained it's color and is in excellent condition. Original Gibson Grover tuners. Large volute, 3-piece mahogany neck, mahogany body, no bevels in the cutouts, Gibson embossed pickups, all four pots date to late '71. The guitar has almost no mods, except the nub that usually stops the arm on the Bigsby has been filed down, so the arm can come up over the strings (handy). The frets are playable as is, but well worn. Otherwise the guitar is in exeptionally clean condition. Good action, sounds great. Comes with non-original hardshell SG case very similar to a modern Gibson case (brown w/ pink interior).
